from the sounds of it ur not a big fan of ebay? I admittedly have had some good and bad experiences from ebay, and yes - does have some good point as to the issues.
I bought a phone online and it was a fake. I had to pay for return postage costs, and it took about 2 weeks. I needed a new phone so bought another elsewhere but i was really tight for cash!
