Top 25 Branded Facebook Fan Page

I've found a very interesting blog on the internet last night. It's about the top 50 branded facebook fan page. The table shows many interesting information regarding the branded facebook fan page. The value of the page is calculated by looking at both post volume and the reaction to those posts. This may not produce the most accurate result but at least we can see a good picture of the customer's value toward certain brand. By looking at the table we can see that Youtube is the page that combine both high fan count and high value which mean they are doing the best job of converting those fans into action.

  1. These valuation studies always interest me. Of course they'd never consider (or be able to) "selling" their asset (fanbase), but it's amazing to see it converted into a $ value.

    Very interesting to see a non-profit on the list - Breast Cancer Awareness.

  2. It's also very interesting to have a look at the ranking by total value and ranking by fan count for each brand. Some brands have very high fan count but low value such as Live messenger and some brand with high value per fan such as Dr. Pepper.
