  1. I'm enjoying seeing your work in this blog.

There are some in society who are afraid of internet banking and online payments due to perceptions of security risks. But how real are these risks? Is it just a perception? Can you find any data on this?

  2. True.. the call center always ask you to wait so long, not just the bank but also other bills. I called Telstra about the phone bill and they put me to wait for an hour and a half...

Though, most bills are available to pay online, but there are still some restriction on how much you can manage your account online i.e. change your billing name or address. I guess this is also related to the hacking problem, therefore they need you to call them for an identity check.

  3. I used bpay to pay most of my bills, but the last time I paid my internet bill it took around 5 days before the funds received. Almost got my internet connection stopped hahaha.. So I changed to direct debit, it could be safer than bpay I guess.

  4. I've never had any problem with Bpay (may be once) and I'm still using Bpay. But it is very useful to know bad side of Bpay as well and be more careful. ^^
